Bowsaw Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled and matured in northern Kentucky near the mighty Ohio River. Using a 21% high rye mash bill, we age in new #4 char American oak barrels for deep colour and character.
Bowsaw Straight Corn Whiskey is distilled and matured in northern Kentucky and has a mash bill comprising 91% corn, 5% barley and 4% rye. The resulting whiskey is aged between 4-5 years in refill American oak barrels and bottled at 43% for extra power on the palate and cut through in mixed drinks.
Bowsaw Straight Rye Whiskey is distilled and matured in northern Kentucky and enjoys the characteristic pepper and spice profile that we love so much in our Kentucky Ryes.
