Crafted from a base of locally grown Japanese rice, Ukiyo’s floral gin features delicate spicy notes from cardamom and coriander, as well as the fragrant flavours of the cherry blossom (sakura).
Ukiyo’s citrus dry rice gin offers the zesty, medium tart flavour of the yuzu, balanced with bright, tangy orange from Mikan Peel and more citrus and delicate spice notes from Sansho pepper.
