Garnish: Mint sprig and a lemon wedge.
Method: Shake Kirker Shamrock, Fresh Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup with ice and strain into Ice-filled Collins glass. Top with Soda Water.

Method: Take Kirker Shamrock, sugar syrup, fresh lime juice, an egg white and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Dry shake, then shake with ice and fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish: Zested lime wedge
Method: Build in glass over cubed ice and stir.
Garnish: Grated nutmeg
Method: Rinse a heat proof glass with hot water. Add Kirker Shamrock, Demerara Sugar and Free Trade Coffee. Gently stir. Pour whipped cream over the back of a bar spoon to layer on top.
