Launching at an exclusive event at Dunluce Lodge, the new expressions celebrate Irish whiskey’s diversity and seasonal character
Kirker Greer Spirits has expanded its award-winning Kirker Irish Whiskey range with the launch of the Kirker Four Seasons Collection - a new series of premium blended Irish whiskeys designed to capture the natural rhythm of Ireland’s changing seasons. Each expression celebrates a combination of whiskeys from across the island - Ulster, Connacht, Munster, and Leinster - blending rare whiskeys sourced from leading distilleries to evoke the character of Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn.
The official launch of the collection will take place at an exclusive event – A Rare Evening with Kirker Irish Whiskey at Dunluce Lodge, Friday 29th August. Guests will experience the unveiling of the range during an intimate tasting in The Vault, hosted by co-founder and blender Richard Ryan, followed by a seasonal dinner where each course will be expertly paired to a whiskey expression.
The Four Seasons Collection includes:

Winter – rich, smoky, and indulgent, with peated malt complexity, festive pudding spice and dark chocolate depth.

Spring – fresh and vibrant, with pear, gooseberry and elderflower lifted by floral honeysuckle and cherry blossom notes.

Summer – rich and golden, evoking coastal hay harvest with sun-dried fields, saline air, ripe stewed fruit and spice.

Autumn – warming and generous, with stewed apple tart, buttery pastry, cinnamon spice and rich toffee sweetness.
Each blend is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, showcasing cask influence from Bourbon, Oloroso, Madeira and Marsala wood, among others.

This latest launch builds on the success of the award‑winning Kirker Shamrock, Ireland’s first whiskey to blend expressions from all four provinces, further expanding the house style with a new series of blends that celebrate the island’s seasonal character.
The Dunluce Lodge event will feature an exclusive tasting in The Vault, a Kirker Punch drinks reception, and a seasonal whiskey-paired dinner curated by chef Stephen Holland.
The Kirker Four Seasons Collection is available now to the on- and off-trade, distributed in the UK via Kirker Greer Spirits. All four expressions have an RRP of £60. Each blend can be enjoyed neat or over ice.
