This collection is a celebration in liquid storytelling, meticulously designed to mirror the nuances of the passing year. We bring together premium liquids from seven of Ireland’s most respected distilleries to create four distinct blends. The journey begins with Spring, unfolding with crisp pear, elderflower, and gooseberry. As the year warms, Summer emerges as the collection’s most unexpected profile; it captures the raw essence of a hay harvest, blending the saline tang of coastal air and hard toil with the scent of sun-dried fields. Autumn shifts toward golden indulgence, evoking warm stewed apples encased in buttery pastry and kissed with cinnamon and toffee.
