Ukiyo Japanese Spirits, owned by Kirker Greer Spirits, has partnered with King of Reach by B&S, Lotte Duty Free and Singapore Changi Airport to launch a dedicated Japanese gin activation in Terminal 1.
The high-visibility retail display, located at T1AE3, showcases Ukiyo Blossom Gin, Ukiyo Tokyo Dry Gin and Ukiyo Yuzu Gin, creating a prominent brand statement within one of Asia’s most influential travel retail hubs.
Designed to reflect Ukiyo’s premium positioning, the activation features illuminated product presentation, refined Japanese design elements and bespoke brand assets, delivering a strong visual presence in a high-footfall retail environment.
The installation forms part of Ukiyo’s broader travel retail growth strategy, focused on driving brand awareness and consumer recruitment among global travellers, while expanding its footprint across key international gateway locations.
Ryan McFarland, Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer at Drinksology Kirker Greer, said:
“Travel retail remains a strategically important channel for premium spirits brands, offering a unique opportunity to engage international consumers in a high-discovery environment.
Singapore Changi Airport is one of the world’s most influential travel retail hubs, making it an ideal platform for Ukiyo. Working closely with King of Reach by B&S and Lotte Duty Free, we have created a distinctive presence that reflects the premium credentials of the range while driving visibility among global travelers.”
Paul Cooke, Head of MEA & APAC Duty Free & Travel Retail, King of Reach by B&S, added:
"Changi Airport Terminal 1 is one of the most important stages in global travel retail, and this activation puts Ukiyo directly in front of the high-intent, discovery-led traveler the brand is built for. Bringing this to life with Drinksology Kirker Greer and Lotte Duty Free reflects exactly the kind of collaboration King of Reach by B&S is proud to support, and we look forward to seeing Ukiyo continue its growth across our network.”
The activation was designed by Drinksology, the creative division within Drinksology Kirker Greer, and executed in collaboration with local production and logistics partners. The finished installation closely reflects the original concept designs, bringing the brand's visual identity to life in a live retail environment.
The Ukiyo Japanese Spirits activation will remain in place at Lotte Duty Free, Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 until 30 June 2026.
About Ukiyo Japanese Spirits
Ukiyo, which means ‘floating world’, symbolises living in the moment. Ukiyo Spirits, award-winning spirit brand of the year, small-batch distils the precious gift of rice and ingredients found in the mountains and coastlines of Japan to create delicately aromatic gins and a smooth fragrant vodka.
Created in Chiba, east of Tokyo, Ukiyo’s portfolio of Japanese spirits are crafted to stir the senses. The Ukiyo gins include a classic dry gin (Ukiyo Tokyo Dry Gin), a floral dry gin (Ukiyo Blossom Gin) and a citrus dry gin (Ukiyo Yuzu Gin). All three share the common base recipe of the classic Tokyo Dry Gin, with the Sakura Flower dialled up for Ukiyo Blossom and Yuzu Citrus for Ukiyo Yuzu.
