Great gin takes time. Using a unique blend of botanicals, the spirit is distilled slowly, very slowly, in traditional copper pot stills. This careful process allows every flavour to develop fully, resulting in a gin of depth, clarity and balance.
Distilled just outside the city on an historic estate, using grain grown on the land itself, it is shaped by the same dedication to quality and precision that defined Belfast’s industrial past.
